All around the world Thursdays are now celebrated with the hashtag #throwbackthursdays. This phenomenon is often celebrated by Nigerian celebrities as well. Most recently, popular musicians Davido and Banky W took to their Instagram page to share images of themselves as kids.

Banky even made a joke about the fact that he used to have hair. “Same mischievous smirk, same shaped eyebrows. It's a throwback but some things never change. However, God decided to be my barber and took care of the afro sharply,” he wrote.
