Our major problem has a union is lack of effective communication, he itemized some scenarios that happened in the past executive and all was due to lack of communication. he also said the union is suffering from one team spirit. this was part of the problem the comrade mentioned during his opening speech at the presidential debate. He said when there is a linkage within the house, anybody can break into the union.
